Flexible Work Schedules (a) Academic Professional staff members throughout the University may have, as indicated below, flexible work schedules. For example, Academic Professionals often travel on University business and/or work evenings and weekends. A flexible work schedule is defined as having established working hours different from the standard 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday schedule, to be followed by an employee for an agreed upon period of time.
Local Health Integration Networks and Restructuring In the event of a health service integration with another service provider the Employer and the Union agree to meet.
ATTACHMENT E BUSINESS ASSOCIATE AGREEMENT This Business Associate Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between the State of Vermont Agency of Human Services, operating by and through its Department of Vermont Health Access (“Covered Entity”) and OptumInsight, Inc. (“Business Associate”) as of June 6, 2014 (“Effective Date”). This Agreement supplements and is made a part of the contract/grant to which it is attached.
