Common use of Adoption Clause in Contracts

Adoption. Any eligible employee adopting an infant child shall receive childcare leave in accordance with Section B. above. Said leave shall commence upon receiving de facto custody of the infant, or earlier if necessary to fulfill the requirements of adoption.
