Common use of Adopted Budget Clause in Contracts

Adopted Budget. That DBA shall furnish a copy of the DBA's Fiscal Year 2021 Budget to the City Manager, or his designee, when the FY21 Budget is adopted by the DBA Board of Directors, but no later than April 30, 2020.

Adopted Budget. That DBA shall furnish a copy of the DBA's Fiscal Year 2020 2021 Budget to the City Manager, or his designee, when the FY20 FY21 Budget is adopted by the DBA Board of Directors, but no later than April 30, 202020192020.
