Adolor Ownership of United States Promotional Materials. Subject to the terms of this Section 7.1, Adolor shall own all right, title and interest in and to any Promotional Materials relating to the Adolor Products in the United States, including without limitation applicable copyrights and trademarks, and GSK hereby assigns all its right, title and interest to such Promotional Materials to Adolor and agrees to execute all documents and take all actions as are reasonably requested by Adolor to vest title to such Promotional Materials in Adolor in the United States.
