Admittance of Observers. The BOARD and the ASSOCIATION may admit two (2) observers to these sessions. All observers shall adhere to all rules of protocol adopted at the first negotiations meeting contained within this AGREEMENT; shall maintain the executive session nature of meetings; and shall not participate in discussions at the bargaining table.

  • Remittance of Dues The Employer shall electronically transmit to the Union on the first bank working day after each payday all dues deducted for that pay period in those bargaining units for which the Union is the exclusive bargaining representative.

The Servicer will make available to the Issuer and the Indenture Trustee or their duly authorized representatives, attorneys or auditors a list of locations of the Receivable Files upon request. The Servicer will provide access to the Receivable Files, and the related accounts records, and computer systems maintained by the Servicer at such times as the Issuer or the Indenture Trustee direct, but only upon reasonable notice and during the normal business hours at the respective offices of the Servicer.
