Common use of Admission of Observers Clause in Contracts

Admission of Observers. The Meeting will be invited to admit representatives of non-Contracting Parties, IGOs, international and national NGOs (Doc. AEWA/MOP 6.5 Rev.2) that meet the criteria set out in Article VI, paragraph 4, of the Agreement, as Observers.
