Common use of Admission Adjustments Clause in Contracts

Admission Adjustments. The General Partner shall, when necessary, cause this Agreement to be amended from time to time (and shall cause Schedule A to be revised), to reflect the admission or withdrawal of Partners, and the issuance, conversion and redemption of any Preference Units and/or OP Units (including the corresponding adjustment to Percentage Interests).
