ADMINISTRATOR’S RIGHTS. A. Nothing contained herein shall be construed to deny or restrict to any administrator such rights as he may have under New Jersey Laws or other applicable laws and regulations. B. Any formal reprimand or censure by a superior or a member of the Board of Education shall be made in confidence and not in the presence of teachers, parents, students or the public, except as may be required by law or other provisions of this agreement.
