Common use of Administrator and Affiliates Clause in Contracts

Administrator and Affiliates. To the extent that the Administrator or any of its Affiliates is or shall become an LC Participant hereunder, the Administrator or such Affiliate, in such capacity, shall have the same rights and powers under this Agreement as would any other LC Participant hereunder and may exercise the same as though it were not the Administrator. The Administrator and its Affiliates may generally engage in any kind of business with the Seller, the Transferor, any Originator, ACI, any Sub-Servicer or the Servicer, any of their respective Affiliates and any Person who may do business with or own securities of the Seller, the Transferor, any Originator, ACI, any Sub-Servicer or the Servicer or any of their respective Affiliates, all as if it were not the Administrator hereunder and without any duty to account therefor to any Purchaser Agent, or Purchaser.
