Administrative Services and GE Provided Technology Access. GE shall continue the arrangements and processes in effect between GE or any of its Affiliates or divisions (in each case excluding GE O&G), on the one hand, and GE Oil & Gas (“GE O&G”), on the other hand, during the Baseline Period in providing to the Xxxxx Xxxxxx Entities (at the Xxxxx Xxxxxx Entities’ option), during the Term, as supplemental (not as a replacement) to the Xxxxx Xxxxxx Entities’ existing service infrastructure, services in each of the following areas:
