Common use of Administrative Penalty Clause in Contracts

Administrative Penalty. 22. In consideration of the penalty factors of CWA Section 309(g), 33 U.S.C. § 1319(g, Respondent shall pay to the United States a civil administrative penalty in the amount of $25,000 within thirty (30) calendar days of the Effective Date, as defined in Section X below, of this CA/FO.

Administrative Penalty. 2224. In consideration of the penalty factors of CWA Section 309(g), 33 U.S.C. § 1319(g), Respondent shall pay to the United States a civil administrative penalty in the amount of $25,000 72,169 within thirty (30) calendar days of the Effective Date, as defined in Section X XIII below, of this CA/FO.

Administrative Penalty. 2230. In consideration of the penalty factors of CWA Section section 309(g)) of the CWA, 33 U.S.C. § 1319(g), Respondent shall pay to the United States a civil administrative penalty in the amount of one hundred twenty-seven thousand eight hundred twenty-one dollars ($25,000 127,821) within thirty ninety (3090) calendar days of the Effective Date, as defined in Section X below, of this CA/FO.

Administrative Penalty. 2221. In consideration of the penalty factors of CWA Section 309(g), 33 U.S.C. § 1319(g), Respondent shall pay to the United States a civil administrative penalty in the amount of $25,000 39,000 within thirty (30) calendar days of the Effective Date, as defined in Section X XIII below, of this CA/FO.

Administrative Penalty. 22. In consideration of the penalty factors of CWA Section 309(g)) of the CWA, 33 U.S.C. § 1319(g), Respondent shall pay to the United States a civil administrative penalty in the amount of fifty thousand and nineteen dollars ($25,000 50,019) within thirty (30) calendar days of the Effective Date, as defined in Section X below, of this CA/FO.

Administrative Penalty. 2223. In consideration of the penalty factors of CWA Section 309(g), 33 U.S.C. § 1319(g), Respondent shall pay to the United States a civil administrative penalty in the amount of $25,000 15,000. Respondent shall make an initial payment of $7,500 within thirty (30) calendar days of the Effective Date, as defined in Section X below, of this CA/FO.. The remaining three payments will be made every 120 days per the terms included in Attachment A.

Administrative Penalty. 2225. In consideration of the penalty factors of CWA Section 309(g), 33 U.S.C. § 1319(g), Respondent shall pay to the United States a civil administrative penalty in the amount of twenty-three thousand one hundred six dollars ($25,000 23,106) within thirty (30) calendar days of the Effective Date, as defined in Section X below, of this CA/FO.

Administrative Penalty. 2229. In consideration of the penalty factors of CWA Section 309(g), 33 U.S.C. § 1319(g), Respondent shall pay to the United States a civil administrative penalty in the amount of $25,000 94,000 within thirty sixty (3060) calendar days of the Effective Date, as defined in Section X below, Date of this CA/FO.

Administrative Penalty. 2235. In consideration of the penalty factors of CWA Section 309(g), 33 U.S.C. § 1319(g), Respondent Respondents shall pay to the United States a civil administrative penalty in the amount of one hundred twenty-nine thousand forty-eight dollars ($25,000 129,048) within thirty (30) calendar days of the Effective Date, as defined in Section X below, of this CA/FO.

Administrative Penalty. 2232. In consideration of the penalty factors of CWA Section 309(g), 33 U.S.C. § 1319(g, ) Respondent shall pay to the United States a civil administrative penalty in the amount of $25,000 within thirty (30) calendar days of 139,753, pursuant to the Effective Date, as defined terms in Section X below, of this CA/FOAttachment #1.

Administrative Penalty. 2228. In consideration of the penalty factors of CWA Section § 309(g), 33 U.S.C. § 1319(g), Respondent shall pay to the United States a civil administrative penalty in the amount of $25,000 59,908 within thirty (30) calendar days of the Effective Date, as defined in Section X XIII below, of this CA/FO.
