Common use of Administrative and Other Fees Clause in Contracts

Administrative and Other Fees. The Company agrees to pay the administrative and other fees of the Administrative Agent as provided in the Fee Letters and as may be otherwise agreed to in writing from time to time by the Company and the Administrative Agent. All fees hereunder shall be paid on the dates due, in Dollars and immediately available funds to the Administrative Agent (or, to the applicable Issuing Bank, in the case of fees payable to it) for distribution in the case of facility fees and participation fees to the applicable Lenders. Fees paid shall not be refundable under any circumstances.
