Administrative Agent Data. The Administrative Agent hereby agrees to provide an updated Bank Price Deck to the Borrower (i) promptly, and in any event within three (3) Business Days, after the Administrative Agent’s request for an Interim Redetermination and (ii) promptly, and in any event within three (3) Business Days, upon any request of the Borrower. In addition, the Administrative Agent and the Revolving Lenders agree, upon request, to meet with the Borrower to discuss their evaluation of the reservoir engineering of the Oil and Gas Properties included in the Reserve Report and their respective methodologies for valuing such properties and the other factors considered in calculating the Borrowing Base.
