Common use of ADMINISTRATION FUND CONTRIBUTIONS Clause in Contracts

ADMINISTRATION FUND CONTRIBUTIONS. Contributions for the administration of this Agreement shall be made to the Labor Management Cooperation Committee, which shall be responsible for allocating the monies to the FCA affiliate organizations and to the Labor Management Cooperation Committee, as provided for in this Agreement. Effective July 1, 2010, every member signatory to this Agreement shall pay to the Labor Management Cooperation Committee for the purpose set forth below the sum of sixty seven cents (0.67) for every hour worked, effective July 1, 2011 the LMCC will increase by thirteen cents (0.13) cents per hour to eighty (0.80) cents per hour and effective July 1, 2012 LMCC will increase by two cents (0.02) to a total of eighty two (0.82) cents per hour or paid for, by every journeyman and every apprentice employed under this Agreement. The Employers agree that the Negotiators of this Agreement are empowered to determine the contributions required to maintain the solvency of the Labor Management Cooperation Committee Trust Fund, and that the Negotiators will annually make this determination. The contributions to the Labor Management Cooperation Committee Fund will be increased as determined by the Negotiators from the agreed upon economic package. In the event that any of the original Negotiators is unable to serve, the body originally selecting that Negotiator will appoint his/her successor.
