Admin Fee. 7.1. An administrative fee will be payable Monthly amounting to R12.50 per month or applicable during the Initial term and Month-to-Month contract. 7.2. This fee and all fees in this Agreement are subject to an annual escalation equal to CPI on the 12x month anniversary.
