Admin Fee Clause Samples
Admin Fee. We have a sliding scale plan; “hi-income” shares subsidize lower income shares. Number of subsidized shares cannot exceed # of hi-income shares. Thus, subsidized shares are available by request. After June 30th all shares increase by $3 per week.
Admin Fee. 7.1. An administrative fee will be payable Monthly amounting to R12.50 per month or applicable during the Initial term and Month-to-Month contract.
7.2. This fee and all fees in this Agreement are subject to an annual escalation equal to CPI on the 12x month anniversary.
Admin Fee. This Lease grants the Tenant the rights of the Landlord to use the common elements and facilities of the HOA (excluding membership rights in the Owners Association), for the Lease Term, in accordance with the provisions of the HOA Rules and Regulations and provided that the Tenant pays any optional user fees, if required. The Agent/Landlord agrees to complete necessary forms for the Tenant to obtain or use any HOA services. Landlord agrees to pay all normal condo, HOA or Association fees.
Admin Fee. (billing document preparation fee).
(a) Rate.
1. A flat percentage rate of 0.5% (half of one percent) (based on the total billing document amount) will automatically be applied to each standard billing document.
2. No admin fee will be given for a damage claim billing document.
(b) Please remember that all submitted billing documents are required to be submitted as clean and accurate, therefore the admin fee will not be applied if the billing document is rejected by DFFM auditors three (3) times, regardless of the severity of issues.
