Common use of Admin Console Clause in Contracts

Admin Console. Google (or Reseller or Distributor) will provide Customer an Account to access the Admin Console through which Customer may manage its use of the Services. Customer may make Customer Applications available to End Users. Customer is responsible for (a) maintaining the confidentiality and security of the Account and associated passwords and (b) any use of the Account.
