Common use of Admin Console Clause in Contracts

Admin Console. Google will provide Customer access to the Admin Console through which Customer may manage its use of the Services. Customer may specify one or more Administrators through the Admin Console who will have the right to access Admin Accounts. Customer is responsible for (a) maintaining the confidentiality and security of the End User Accounts and associated passwords and

Customer may use the Admin Console to specify one or more Administrators through the Admin Console who will have the right rights to access Admin AccountsAccount(s). Customer is responsible for for: (a) maintaining the confidentiality and security of the End User Accounts and associated passwords andpasswords; and (b) any use of the End User Accounts. Customer agrees that Google’s responsibilities do not extend to the internal management or administration of the Services for Customer or any End Users.
