Common use of Adjustment Dates Clause in Contracts

Adjustment Dates. On July 31, 1997, Seller and Buyer shall make an interim adjustment (the "Interim Closing Adjustment") and no later than July 31, 1998, Seller and Buyer shall make a final adjustment (the "Final Closing Adjustment") to the prorations, each pursuant to this Subsection 2.3(m). The Interim Closing Adjustment and the Final Closing Adjustment shall be made as set forth below in this Subsection 2.3(m).
