Common use of Adherence to Inside Information Policies Clause in Contracts

Adherence to Inside Information Policies. The Employee acknowledges that the Parent is publicly-held and, as a result, has implemented inside information policies designed to preclude its employees and those of its subsidiaries from violating the federal securities laws by trading on material, non-public information or passing such information on to others in breach of any duty owed to the Company, its Parent or any third party. The Employee shall promptly execute any agreements generally distributed by the Company or the Parent to its employees requiring such employees to abide by its inside information policies.

The Employee Executive acknowledges that the Parent is publicly-publicly held and, as a result, has implemented inside information policies designed to preclude its employees and those of its subsidiaries from violating the federal securities laws by trading on material, non-public information or passing such information on to others in breach of any duty owed to the Company, its Parent or any third party. The Employee Executive shall promptly execute any agreements generally distributed by the Company Parent, PharmaNet or the Parent Company to its employees requiring such employees to abide by its inside information policies.

The Employee shall promptly execute any agreements documents generally distributed by the Company Parent or the Parent Company to its employees requiring such employees to abide by its the Parent’s inside information policies.

The Employee Executive acknowledges that the Parent is publicly-held and, as a result, has implemented inside information policies designed to preclude its employees executives and those of its subsidiaries from violating the federal securities laws by trading on material, non-public information or passing such information on to others in breach of any duty owed to the Company, Parent and its Parent subsidiaries or any third party. The Employee Executive shall promptly execute any agreements generally distributed by the Company or the Parent to its employees requiring such employees to abide by its inside information policies.

The Employee Executive acknowledges that the Parent is publicly-held and, as a result, has implemented reviewed and will abide by the Parent’s current inside information policies designed to preclude its employees executives and those of its subsidiaries from violating the federal securities laws by trading on material, non-public information or passing such information on to others in breach of any duty owed to the CompanyParent, its Parent or any third party. The Employee Executive shall promote these policies internally and promptly execute any agreements generally distributed by the Company Parent or the Parent White River to its employees requiring such employees to abide by its inside information policies.

The Employee Executive shall promptly execute any agreements generally distributed by the Company or the Parent to its employees requiring such employees to abide by its inside information policies.
