Common use of Adequate Staffing Clause in Contracts

Adequate Staffing. Consultant must, upon receiving a fully executed copy of this Agreement, assign and maintain during the term of this Agreement and any extension of it an adequate staff of competent personnel that is fully equipped, licensed as appropriate, available as needed, qualified and assigned exclusively to perform the Services. Consultant must include among its staff the Key Personnel and positions as identified below. The level of staffing may be revised from time to time by notice in writing from Consultant to the County and with written consent of the County, which consent the County will not withhold unreasonably. If the County fails to object to the revision within 14 days after receiving the notice, then the revision will be considered accepted by the County.
