Common use of Adequate Staffing Clause in Contracts

Adequate Staffing. Contractor must, upon receiving a fully executed copy of this Agreement, assign and maintain during the term of this Agreement and any extension of it an adequate staff of competent personnel that is fully equipped, licensed as appropriate, available as needed, qualified and assigned exclusively to perform the Services. Contractor must include among its staff the Key Personnel and positions as identified below. The level of staffing may be revised from time to time by notice in writing from Contractor to the City and with prior written consent of the City.
