Common use of Adequate Staffing Clause in Contracts

Adequate Staffing. The Board has retained the Vendor because of Vendor’s expertise and that of its employees, agents, volunteers and subcontractors (collectively referred to as “Staff”). For the avoidance of doubt, all volunteers of Vendor shall be considered agents of Vendor. Vendor must assign and maintain during the Term of the Contract and any renewal of it, an adequate staff of competent personnel that is fully equipped, licensed as appropriate, available as needed, qualified and assigned to perform the Services. If the Board determines, in its sole discretion that any employee, subcontractor or other person providing Services hereunder for Vendor is not performing in accordance with the performance standards or other requirements of the Contract the Board shall have the right to direct the Vendor to remove that person from performing Services under the Contract.
