Common use of Address Confirmation Clause in Contracts

Address Confirmation. The last known address of persons in the Settlement Class will be subject to confirmation or updating as follows: (a) the Claims Administrator will check each address against the United States Post Office National Change of Address Database before the initial mailing; (b) the Claims Administrator will conduct a reasonable search to locate an updated address for any person in the Settlement Class whose Settlement Notice is returned as undeliverable; (c) the Claims Administrator will update addresses based on any forwarding information received from the United States Post Office; and,

The last known mailing address of persons in individuals within the Settlement Class will be subject to confirmation or updating as follows: (a) the Claims Class Administrator will check each address against the United States Post Office National Change of Address Database before the initial mailing; (b) the Claims Class Administrator will conduct a reasonable search to locate an updated address for any person in the Settlement Class individuals whose Settlement Notice is returned as undeliverable; (c) the Claims Class Administrator will update addresses based on any forwarding information received from the United States Post Office; and,and (d) the Class Administrator will update addresses based on any requests received from individuals within the Settlement Class.
