Common use of Address Changes Clause in Contracts

Address Changes. All Employees shall promptly notify the Human Resources Department in writing of any change in name or address and, in any event, no later than ten (10) calendar days after such change has been made. The Employer shall be entitled to rely upon an employee’s last name and address shown on record for all purposes involving employment.
