Additive Services Sample Clauses
Additive Services. MPC may direct Terminal Owner to inject additives into Products as a part of the Services hereunder. Fees for additive injection-related Services performed at each Terminal are included in the per Gallon throughput fees set forth in Schedule 5.1.
Additive Services. Contractor, under this agreement, shall perform additive work or administer contracted labor retention services, for an additional fee, encompassing, but not limited to the following, using “best practices” techniques:
1. Extreme Weather Site Protection Contractor will maintain security at the site in cases of extreme weather conditions. Gwinnett County Public Schools will reimburse contractor, for reasonable lodging and meals, for the duration of the extreme weather condition(s).
2. Annual contracted labor, paid leave, as defined in Section D: “Staffing and Back-up Staff Requirements,” section three, “Staff Retention.”
Additive Services. Customer may direct Terminal Owner to inject additives into Products as a part of the Services hereunder. Fees for additive injection-related Services performed at each respective Terminal are included in the Base Throughput Fee per Barrel set forth in Schedule 5.1. In addition, Customer shall reimburse Terminal Owner for the costs (including shipping, delivery and other ancillary costs) of all additives Terminal Owner injects or blends into volumes tendered by or on behalf of Customer at each of the Terminals provided on Schedule 3.5(a).
Additive Services. The following services and conditions will apply to ▇▇▇▇▇'▇ receipt of product additive at any Alliance Terminal covered by this Agreement.
i) Gasoline Additive Supply and Injection: Alliance will provide gasoline additive and injection services in accordance with Section 4.1 of this Agreement. For Alliance Terminals that may be added to this Agreement in the future, Alliance will consider installing, at its expense, additive systems for ▇▇▇▇▇'▇ use if revenue generation can justify the cost of the additional equipment requirements.
