ADDITIONS AND DELETIONS. The FSA reserves the right to add or delete any items from this bid or resulting contract when deemed to be in the best interest of FSA and the participating purchasers. FSA reserves the right to remove, discontinue or suspend the sale or offering of any product within the Invitation to Bid document or existing contract, at its discretion.
