Additionally Assigned Responsibilities. Under the circumstances described in this subdivision, an ASF Member temporarily assigned additional duties or responsibilities shall be provided appropriate additional compensation. At a minimum, appropriate additional compensation will be five (5) percent of base salary. For the ASF Member to be eligible for additional compensation, all of the following conditions must be met:
