Although the University desires to provide access on such contract to Additional Users, the Contractor is not required to provide such access. A Contractor’s willingness to provide this access to Additional Users, will not be a consideration in awarding this contract. Although the Additional Users have access to any resulting contract, Additional Users are not bound to use the contract and any use of the contract is strictly optional.
