Common use of Additional Usage Clause in Contracts

Additional Usage. If the Subscriber’s use of the Platform exceeds the number of Users and/or service capacity set out in the Order Form, the Company shall be entitled to raise a separate invoice or include the relevant amount payable for such additional usage in the invoices raised for the Fees, and the Subscriber agrees to pay such additional fees along with the Fees. Any failure or delay by the Company to raise an invoice for such additional fees shall not constitute a waiver and the Company reserves the right to charge such additional fees anytime during or upon the expiry of the relevant Term.
