Common use of Additional Unbundled Elements Clause in Contracts

Additional Unbundled Elements. ACI may request nondiscriminatory access to, and where appropriate, development of additional unbundled Network Elements not covered in this Agreement in response to specific requests therefor, pursuant to the Bona Fide Request Process detailed in the Bona Fide Request Process section of this Agreement.
