Inquiry Fee. A non-refundable pre-paid charge used to recover the costs associated with performing an internal record review to determine if a requested route and/or facility is available, or with respect to ROW, to determine the information necessary to create the MTE matrix or ROW matrix, as applicable, which identifies, for each ROW, the name of the original grantor and the nature of the ROW (i.e., publicly recorded and non-recorded) and the MTE matrix or ROW matrix, as applicable, which identifies each requested legal agreement between CenturyLink and a third party who has a multiple tenant environment in CenturyLink's possession that relates to Telecommunications Services provided to or through real property owned by the third party (MTE Agreement) and, for each such MTE Agreement, the name of the third party. Separate Inquiry Fees apply for ROW, poles and duct/conduit/innerduct.
