Additional Unbundled Elements. USWC shall provide nondiscriminatory access to, and where appropriate, development of additional unbundled network elements not covered in this Agreement in response to specific requests therefor, pursuant to the New Interconnection/Unbundled Element Request Process detailed in Section XXIII of this Agreement.
