Additional Terms for Business Account Electronic Transactions -Business Accounts only. If any Wire Transfer exceeds the available balance of collected funds in your accounts, we do not need to make the Wire Transfer and we won’t be liable to you for such inaction. If any provision in this Part conflicts with another provision in this Section, the provision in this Part controls.
