Additional System Element Locations. In the event that under the remedy provisions of this Section 17 the Vendor is required to provide additional MSC and/or Base Stations requiring additional System Element Locations, the Owner will be responsible for all Site Acquisition and Facilities Preparation Services costs (other than any construction management costs or fees which will be borne by the Vendor).
