Additional Support Services. Service Provider shall provide Recipient additional support services relating to the Licensed Products at MFN Rates.
Additional Support Services. Subject to an agreement of the Parties, Licensor is willing to provide the following additional Sup- port services to Licensee, at the following conditions:
Additional Support Services. ADP shall, at no additional cost, provide to ISS the following support services (together with the Support Services, the “Services”) for the Consolidated Datafeed (including all updates, enhancements and modifications thereto): (a) provide telephone support on every Business Day to assist in the implementation, utilization and maintenance of the Consolidated Datafeed; (b) provide upgrades or updates (and appropriate documentation) that contain error or defect corrections; and (c) correct any error or defect in content or the transmission of the Consolidated Datafeed reported by ISS, or any of which ADP becomes aware, within a reasonable time frame given the severity of such error or defect, which error or defect causes the Consolidated Datafeed not to perform substantially in accordance with the description of its functions contained in the Statement of Work; and (d) answer questions and respond to problems related to (i) data communications, data quality and accuracy, (ii) whether a share position has been reported, and (iii) whether an electronic ballot has been transmitted, received, confirmed, released, or reported for tabulation. Upon request by ISS or custodians of ISS’ clients, ADP will ascertain the current voting status of any account, including review of unreleased votes. Telephone or telecommunication charges under this Agreement will be borne by the party placing the call. ADP may but shall not be obligated to record telephone calls and ISS hereby consents to the recording of such calls.
Additional Support Services. AT GM's request, CWC shall provide additional support Services for the Products as set forth in a Statement of Work;

Upon written (for the avoidance of doubt, including email) request by ISS or custodians of ISS’s clients, Broadridge will ascertain the current voting status of any account, including review of unreleased votes. In addition, Broadridge shall also provide the additional services, together with reasonable maintenance, set forth in Exhibit 4.2 hereto, as part of the Datafeed Vote Instruction Fee.
Additional Support Services. During the Term, and upon request by Zomedica, Qorvo will provide certain additional services to Zomedica pursuant to a Services SOW agreed to by the Parties that would govern the terms of such services (“Additional Services”). Each Services SOW will set forth at least the following information: (a) a description of the Additional Services agreed to by the Parties, and (b) the fees for the Additional Services (“Additional Service Fees”) No Services SOW or any Change Authorization thereto will be effective until executed by a duly authorized representative of each Party. Once so executed by each Party, each Services SOW (including any Change Authorization thereto) will be incorporated into this Agreement and subject to the terms hereof. Qorvo will invoice Zomedica for the Additional Service Fees on a calendar quarterly basis in equal installments in advance and Zomedica will pay all invoiced amounts in accordance with Section 7.8.3 (Payment Terms).
Additional Support Services. A Maintenance Customer may purchase additional support services available from Xxxxxx. Prices for such Services will be defined In a SOW or a Change Order upon Customer request.
Additional Support Services. Purchaser may request support services in addition to the standard maintenance offering (a “Service Request”). Such other support services may include, without limitation, services related to: (a) additional training; (b) technical assistance; (c) programming services; (d) installation of add-on components; and/or (e) business analysis. Tyler shall provide to Purchaser a written response to the request which describes in detail the anticipated impact of the request on the existing Licensed Software, the time required to perform such services, an implementation plan, and a schedule of the fees related thereto. Fees for additional support services shall be billed by Tyler directly to Purchaser and shall be invoiced monthly, which shall be due and payable in accordance with Section 7.2.
