Additional Subject Portfolios. In the event that the Series and JHMLICO ----------------------------- desire to retain Sub-Manager to render investment advisory services hereunder for any other Portfolio, they shall so notify Sub-Manager in writing. If it is willing to render such services, Sub-Manager shall notify the Series in writing, whereupon such Portfolio shall become a Subject Portfolio hereunder.
