Additional Subject Portfolios. In the event that the Series and JHMLICO ----------------------------- desire to retain Wellington Management to render investment advisory services hereunder for any other Portfolio, they shall so notify Wellington Management in writing. If it is willing to render such services, Wellington Management shall notify the Series in writing, whereupon such Portfolio shall become a Subject Portfolio hereunder.
