Additional Subject Portfolios. In the event that the Series and JHMLICO ----------------------------- desire to retain Advisers to render investment advisory services hereunder for any other Portfolio, they shall so notify Advisers in writing. If it is willing to render such services, Advisers shall notify the Series in writing, whereupon such Portfolio shall become a Subject Portfolio hereunder.
