Additional Subject Funds. In the event that the Trust and JHLICO desire to retain Advisers to render investment advisory services hereunder for any other Fund, they shall so notify Advisers in writing. If it is willing to render such services, Advisers shall notify the Trust in writing, whereupon such Fund shall become a Subject Fund hereunder.
Additional Subject Funds. In the event that the Trust and JHLICO desire to retain X. Xxxx Price to render investment advisory services hereunder for any other Fund, they shall so notify X. Xxxx Price in writing. If it is willing to render such services, X. Xxxx Price shall notify the Trust in writing, whereupon such Fund shall become a Subject Fund hereunder.
Additional Subject Funds. In the event that the Trust and JHLICO desire to retain IIA to render investment advisory services hereunder for any other Fund, they shall so notify IIA in writing. If it is willing to render such services, IIA shall notify the Trust in writing, whereupon such Fund shall become a Subject Fund hereunder.
Additional Subject Funds. In the event that the Trust and JHLICO desire to retain Wellington Management to render investment advisory services hereunder for any other Fund, they shall so notify Wellington Management in writing. If it is willing to render such services, Wellington Management shall notify the Trust in writing, whereupon such Fund shall become a Subject Fund hereunder.
Additional Subject Funds. In the event that the Trust and JHLICO desire to retain SSgA to render investment advisory services hereunder for any other Fund, they shall so notify SSgA in writing. If it is willing to render such services, SSgA shall notify the Trust in writing, whereupon such Fund shall become a Subject Fund hereunder.
Additional Subject Funds. In the event that the Trust and JHLICO desire to retain FMR to render investment advisory services hereunder for any other Fund, they shall so notify FMR in writing. If it is willing to render such services, FMR shall notify the Trust in writing, whereupon such Fund shall become a Subject Fund hereunder.

In the event that the Series and JHLICO desire to retain Advisers to render investment advisory services hereunder for any other Fund, they shall so notify Advisers in writing. If it is willing to render such services, Advisers shall notify the Series in writing, whereupon such Fund shall become a Subject Fund hereunder.

In the event that the Trust and JHLICO desire to retain Sub-Advisor to render investment advisory services hereunder for any other Fund, they shall so notify Sub-Advisor in writing. If it is willing to render such services, Sub-Advisor shall notify the Trust in writing, whereupon such Fund shall become a Subject Fund hereunder.

In the event that the Trust and JHLICO desire to retain JH Advisers to render investment advisory services hereunder for any other Fund, they shall so notify JH Advisers in writing. If it is willing to render such services, JH Advisers shall notify the Trust in writing, whereupon such Fund shall become a Subject Fund hereunder.
Additional Subject Funds. In the event that the Trust and JHLICO desire to retain T. Rowe Price to render investment advisory services hereunxxx xxx any other Fund, they shall so notify T. Rowe Price in writing. If it is willing to render such sxxxxxxx, T. Rowe Price shall notify the Trust in writing, whereupon xxxx Xxnd shall become a Subject Fund hereunder.
