Additional Subject Funds. In the event that the Trust and JHLICO desire to retain IIA to render investment advisory services hereunder for any other Fund, they shall so notify IIA in writing. If it is willing to render such services, IIA shall notify the Trust in writing, whereupon such Fund shall become a Subject Fund hereunder.
