Common use of Additional Subject Funds Clause in Contracts

Additional Subject Funds. In the event that the Trust and JHLICO desire to retain Advisers to render investment advisory services hereunder for any other Fund, they shall so notify Advisers in writing. If it is willing to render such services, Advisers shall notify the Trust in writing, whereupon such Fund shall become a Subject Fund hereunder.
