ADDITIONAL SUB-CERTIFICATIONS AND REPORTS. The Custodian shall provide to the Funds: (a) sub-certifications in connection with Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002 certificatxxx xxxxxxxxxxts; and (b) periodic reports and reasonable documentation for delivery to the Funds' Chief Compliance Officer in connection with Rule 38a-l under the 1940 Act with respect to the Services and the Custodian's compliance with its operating policies and procedures related thereto.
