Common use of ADDITIONAL SUB-CERTIFICATIONS AND REPORTS Clause in Contracts

ADDITIONAL SUB-CERTIFICATIONS AND REPORTS. The Custodian shall provide to the Funds: (a) sub-certifications in connection with Xxxxxxxx-Xxxxx Act of 2002 certification requirements; and (b) periodic reports and reasonable documentation for delivery to the Funds’ Chief Compliance Officer in connection with Rule 38a-1 under the 1940 Act with respect to the Services and the Custodian’s compliance with its operating policies and procedures related thereto.

ADDITIONAL SUB-CERTIFICATIONS AND REPORTS. The Custodian shall provide to the Funds: (a) sub-certifications in connection with Xxxxxxxx-Xxxxx Act of 2002 certification requirements; and (b) periodic reports and reasonable documentation for delivery to the Funds’ Chief Compliance Officer in connection with Rule 38a-1 38a-l under the 1940 Act with respect to the Services and the Custodian’s compliance with its operating policies and procedures related thereto.

The Custodian shall provide to the Funds: (a) sub-certifications in connection with XxxxxxxxSaxxxxxx-Xxxxx Act Xct of 2002 certification requirements; and (b) periodic reports and reasonable documentation for delivery to the Funds’ Chief Compliance Officer in connection with Rule 38a-1 under the 1940 Act with respect to the Services and the Custodian’s compliance with its operating policies and procedures related thereto.

The Custodian shall provide to the Fundsa Fund: (a) sub-certifications in connection with XxxxxxxxSxxxxxxx-Xxxxx Act of 2002 certification requirements; and (b) periodic reports and reasonable documentation for delivery to the Funds’ a Fund’s Chief Compliance Officer in connection with Rule 38a-1 38a-l under the 1940 Act with respect to the Services and the Custodian’s compliance with its operating policies and procedures related thereto.
