Common use of Additional Space Clause in Contracts

Additional Space. In addition to the Original Space leased to Tenant under the Lease, Landlord hereby leases to Tenant and Tenant hereby leases from Landlord effective as of August 1, 1999, for the terms and upon the rentals set forth in the Lease, except as otherwise set forth in this Second Amendment, the premises consisting of approximately 3,032 rentable square feet on the second (2nd) floor of the Property (the "Additional Space") as shown on Exhibit A-1 attached hereto and made a part hereof. Tenant agrees to accept the Additional Space as is, in the condition presently existing, and Landlord shall have no obligation to make any repairs, alterations or improvements with respect to the Additional Space.

Additional Space. In addition to the Original Space and the First Additional Space leased to Tenant under the Lease, and its amendments, Landlord hereby leases to Tenant and Tenant hereby leases from Landlord effective as of August November 1, 1999, for the terms and upon the rentals set forth in the Lease, except as otherwise set forth in this Second Third Amendment, the premises consisting of approximately 3,032 3,240 rentable square feet and 1,128 rentable square feet on the second (2nd) floor of the Property (the "Additional SpaceSECOND ADDITIONAL SPACE") as shown on Exhibit A-1 A-2 attached hereto and made a part hereof. Tenant agrees to accept the Additional Space as is, in the condition presently existing, and Landlord shall have no obligation to make any repairs, alterations or improvements with respect to the Second Additional Space.
