Additional Safeguards. (i) Where the employer initiates discussion in relation to any individual flexibility arrangement that is intended to remain in place for a period longer than 30 days the employer must inform the Union covered by this agreement in writing. When advising the Union of its intention to initiate discussions in relation to a flexibility arrangement the employer must: • Include details of the terms of the agreement and the classifications of employees which are proposed to be the subject of the arrangement • Not disclose the name of any employee who will be the subject of the arrangement without the consent of the employee.
