Additional rights of First Owner. The First Owner shall for as long as it remains the beneficial owner of any Undivided Share have the sole and absolute right in its absolute and unfettered discretion at any time or times and from time to time as it shall deem fit to do all or any of the following acts or deeds and to exercise all or any of the following rights :-
