Common use of Additional rights of First Owner Clause in Contracts

Additional rights of First Owner. Notwithstanding anything herein contained, each and every Owner covenants with the First Owner with the intent that the covenants, rights, entitlements, exceptions and reservations herein conferred upon the First Owner shall bind each and every Owner and their respective successors and assigns and are intended to run and shall run with the Land and the Building and any interest therein that the First Owner shall, in addition to any other rights which it may have reserved under the said Assignment to the First Assignee or otherwise, and for as long as the First Owner or its subsidiaries or associated companies or holding companies or any subsidiary of such holding company remains the beneficial owner of any Undivided Share, have the sole and absolute right in its absolute discretion at any time or times and from time to time as it shall deem fit, to do all or any of the following acts or deeds and to exercise all or any of the following rights:-
