Additional Requirements. All Customer purchases off the Term Contract shall contain the Term Contract name and number and shall be placed by the Customer. Delivery or furnishing Products shall not occur until the Customer executes their contract or transmits the purchase order, as defined in Rule 60A-1.001, F.A.C.
