Additional Requirement. The Supplier shall establish a system to ensure 100% on-time delivery. In case the Supplier can foresee a delay in delivery, the Supplier shall immediately notify VAC about the delivery problems and perform or organize corrective measures to ensure compliance with the delivery obligations. The Supplier shall notify VAC in writing about all additional freight costs incurred based on non-compliance with the delivery obligations. The Supplier is also obliged to inform VAC about potential hazards related to their products as well as knowledge of product monitoring.
